The students need to say their Beatitudes from memory by this Friday, May 21. This will count as a Bible test grade. Five students still need to do this.

The third grade will be walking to Houlton Farms Dairy Bar either tomorrow or Thursday depending on the weather and our schedule. Thank-you to Mrs. Brown who will be walking with us. Please send at least two dollars with your child. A fun time will be had by all...

Welcome Back! (09/06/2009)

Hope everyone has had a wonderful summer! My family and I have enjoyed our time of rest and recreation and are excited to begin another school year. It is hard for me to believe that two of my children are in high school and one will be off to college next fall! Needless to say I hope this year does not go by too quickly. I am looking forward to getting to know all of the third grade students in the coming weeks. I'm sure we will have a lot of fun as we learn and grow together.

I try to update my blog weekly with what we are studying, tests, memory verse, coming events etc. Some of you received a letter outlining important third grade information at school orientation. I will send one home to everyone else this coming week. We usually have a spelling and memory verse test every Friday. We will have a practice spelling test this Friday, Sept.11 and our first memory verse test on Fri., Sept.18. Hope this answers some of your questions. Drop me an e-mail if you have any others.

See you bright and early Tuesday morning!
