Erin Albers – Director

After being the children’s librarian at the Caribou Public Library for 7 years, Mrs. Albers joined the Little Eagles team in May 2022.  Erin primarily takes care of the many administrative duties of the center, but often assists in the classrooms when regular staff are unavailable.  Her family has a sheep farm in Monticello that keeps her busy when she’s not at LEP.  She also shares her love of music by singing and playing the piano at her church, United Baptist Church of Littleton.

Faith Watson – PreK Teacher

Mrs. Watson joined the LEP team as our PreK teacher in the fall of 2024, after working as a substitute at GHCA for several years. She is married to Damian and has three teenage children who also attend the Academy.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching her kids play sports, mostly tennis and football, reading books and working on jigsaw puzzles. She has taught many age groups, but four-year-olds are her favorite!

Emily Chamberlain – Preschool Teacher

Miss Chamberlain started working for Little Eagles in September of 2019 and has transitioned from afterschool staff to classroom aide to infant/toddler room to preschool teacher!  She has lived in Houlton all her life and has enjoyed being a youth leader at her church since 2019.

Chloe Wheeler – High Flyers Supervisor

Chloe is involved at the Greater Houlton Christian Academy and Little Eagles program in various capacities. When she is not supervising the Afterschool and Summer Program, you can find her teaching Physical Education for GHCA.

In addition to her involvement with the school she also manages and coaches at All Star Gymnastics and Cheerleading. Chloe found her love for teaching and coaching when her family opened ASGC 16 years ago.
In her spare time Chloe enjoys traveling the world.

Rebekah Brady - High Flyers Lead

Miss Rebekah started working for Little Eagles in September of 2023.  She has been married for 7 years and her husband is away frequently due to his job in the military.  They have a 6-yr-old daughter and she enjoys working with children. She loves the direct interaction with our students, and we often see her down on the floor playing a game or talking individually. 

Erica Crawford – High Flyers Lead

Miss Erica has worked for Little Eagles in the afterschool program since August 2024. She has also worked for RSU 29 for 8 years, both in the kitchen and currently as an ED Tech at the high school. She loves working with young adults and children. When not working, Miss Erica spends time with her 13-year-old daughter, who keeps her very busy.

Chloe Ouellette - High Flyers Lead

Mrs. Ouellette started working for Little Eagles in August of 2024 as an afterschool staff member. She loves working with the kiddos and seeing their smiling faces every day. She is happily married and looking forward to another smiling kiddo -- the very first one of her own! A baby boy on the way!

She also loves attending her church as much as possible; not only on Sunday mornings, but also as a youth leader at 2 churches. She loves music and being out in nature, but unfortunately not the bugs that come with it.

Olivia Drake - High Flyers Aide

Olivia Drake is a senior at Houlton High School. She is a new employee with us as of the fall of 2024, and is also employed at All-Star Gymnastics and Cheering. She currently works in the High Flyers Afterschool Program and also filled in a little bit toward the end of our Summer Program.

After high school she hopes to pursue a career in forensic science. Olivia enjoys her time working with these kids and can’t wait to see the growth they make throughout the year! 

Karyssa Kenney – High Flyers Aide

Karyssa is a junior in high school and began working for our High Flyers afterschool program in August of 2024. She finds delight in music and happens to do pretty much every music program offered at her school.

She also enjoys working with children; the energy and excitement they bring each day is something she always looks forward to. “I’m very excited to get to know them and see them grow!”
